St. Augustine Beach, FL is the most desirable place to live, and that didn’t happen by accident!
I’m proud that my 16 years in office has protected our small beach town character. But it hasn’t been easy! I’ve had contested elections & even battled developers in court. Occasionally I've been in the minority on the Commission (like when I opposed the trash fee and tried to underground the power lines on Beach Blvd.).
Our City is facing big changes ahead, & there's more work to be done to keep it real at the beach! Lets keep a steady hand at the helm, because its our home afterall!"

- Secure a 35 foot building height limit to the City Charter;- Get $millions tax-free outside funds for parks, historic grants, law enforcement, beach nourishment & storm stabilization;- Close developer loopholes, STOP a waterslide development & upgrade our Publix Plaza with smart redevelopment codes;- Keep one of the lowest millage rates in FL & voted against creating non-ad-valorem trash fees (but was overruled by Commission majority).

Budget Hearing - Millage Rate Declining
Budget Hearing 09/24/26. At 13min 30s into meeting, Finance Director says, "to go over the history of our millage rate, it has been going down since 2020." At 17min, 30 s, Comm. Rumrell applauds city for keeping taxes low, citing some misinformation being spread and mailed to city residents.

In addition to serving as our Mayor, with 16 years of dedicated service on the City Commission, Undine served four years as a member (also the vice chair & chair) of the City's Planning Zoning Board; earning the people's trust and learning about city government before running for office.
Undine is a graduate of the FL League of Cities' Institute for Municipal Elected Officials and receives regular ethics training & other critical training to protect city resources.
As a small business owner, and resident since 2002, Undine knows the importance of running a tight budget, making mindful decisions and safeguarding the special things we love about our City (natural beauty, safe neighborhoods for raising a family, pet friendly amenities, low building profiles, safe building codes, private property rights, locally owned restaurants where everyone knows your name).
In addition to her elected role, Undine helps her neighbors through her law practice, Anastasia Law, PL, located in St. Augustine Beach; where she focuses on estate planning, probate & trust administration. Undine seeks re-election to the City Commission to guide St. Augustine Beach through a critical transition period. Her experience will be invaluable as we adapt to upcoming changes and ensure fiscal responsibility in local government.
Undine is committed to small government, maintaining low taxes, supporting local businesses, and prioritizing residents' needs.
